    Well if anything it makes me drink more fluids. I do like the liquorice taste and have about 3 bags a day. My supply was dipping and after taking this it resumed.

    Heard that this tea helps to boast the milk supply. I hv been drinking this for the 3rd day alrdy however the supply hasn't increase. I only drank it once a day. However I heard from my friend that for it to be effective one needs to drink it 4-5 times a day.. So I guess I will try that and see if that really works. Hopefully cos I m desperate for the supply to go up!!
