How to use:

Warm pad: Put it in a hot water for about 5 mins, take out and dry up to use. Or put it in the Real Bubee warmer to suitable temperature, take out and dry up to use.

Cold pad: Put it in the fridge to desire temperature. If too cold, please do not use on the skin directly, wrap with towel and use.
