Adapter fits perfectly to connect my Spectra backflow protector to the medela connector, allowing me to use the Pumpin Pal supershields! It feels quite solid too and not that expensive.

I have always been using a PISA but decided to get a Spectra S1 for pumping at work since there are so many great reviews about the pump. I have many Medela accessories including 21mm flanges and I can continue to use all the accessories thanks to these smart adapters. They are cheap and good and one of the best inventions in my opinion!

I am really grateful to Maymom for providing a range of sizes of breastshields, so that moms can express BM comfortably without causing injury to the nipples. This in term will encourage moms to express milk for babies in the long run. Thumbs up for Maymom and Spectra!

Had a medela and spectra 9+ breast pump on hand. But wanted a portable one to move around the house while using the maymom bottles and flanges. So got this adaptor! And I'm glad I bought them! :)
