   Adaptor works perfectly. However do note that it is a 2 flat pin plug. Not the usual 3 pin plugs that we use in Singapore. Had to get an additional adaptor to convet to 3 pins.

    Hi, My original US adaptor was spoilt when I was working in Seoul. I should have used the transformer, which I totally forgotten abt it. So when the smoke came out frm the adaptor, I was so devastated.
    I what's app Tracy at Kulily, she was prompt & helpful to tell me this item is compatible & it works worldwide without the need of transformer. Yes, it works brilliant indeed & it's so much lighter than the original & I don't need the heavy transformer when in Spore.
    Tracy also helped me to arrange the next day morning delivery whereby I only placed my order in the late evening. So efficient & helpful.
    Will definitely come back to Kulily & recommend to my friends.

    I was using the converter for 2 months and scare one day it will explode. Now I have got this, so hope it can work well for long long terms. Light and easy to handle.

    The product is received in good condition and works with the Medela PISA I bought from US. The customer service is also very good as they shipped out my order the day I sent an email asking why my order was not shipped even after 4 days. I received my package the very next day. Overall, very satisfied with the product and service but perhaps the online ordering system can be improved.
