IMPORTANT: Plastic bottles and component parts become brittle when frozen and may break when dropped. Also, bottles and component parts may become damaged if mishandled, e.g. dropped, over-tightened, or knocked over. Take appropriate care in handling bottles and components. Do not use the breastmilk if bottles or components become damaged.

Breastpump warranty:

• It is brand new with Medela seal intact. Warranty is optional provided by Kulily at additional $50 for 6 months and $90 for 12 months.
• If warranty purchase, repair is provided by Kulily.

a. The product is warranted by the seller to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the period of one year/6 months (depending on the warranty amount paid, $50 for 6 months and $90 for 12 months) for pump mechanism and rechargeable battery (for battery, only 6 months – this is what local Medela service centre offers) from the date of purchase. In the event of a defect, the seller will repair or replace the product without charge for such replacement, parts or labor. Purchase shall bear all expense for returning this product to seller.

This warranty does not apply to any product used commercially or which has been subjected to misuse, abuse or alteration.

b. No warranty on accessories / bottles, warranty only limited to pump motor and rechargeable battery.
